* TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS: Hagemeyer Farms shall not be liable for, and is hereby released from, liability with respect to any injury, illness, disease or death resulting from any cause. Hagemeyer Farms is authorized, without liability and at the expense of the owner/lessee, to reject any equine physically unfit and to have veterinarian tests/medical attention given, as deemed necessary. All charges for boarded horses including, but not limited to, Veterinarian, Blacksmith, Board, etc., are to be paid monthly on or before the 10th day of the succeeding month. All accounts, board bills, etc., must be settled before the equine is removed from Hagemeyer Farms. *Breeding fees are due and payable when mare has a live foal, or changes ownership, whichever comes first. A live foal is one that is able to stand up and nurse. If the stud fee is not paid within 30 days of foaling, any discount may be forfeited and the full stud fee plus 1.5% monthly service charge will apply.
